July 10, 5 pm, come and join us in the fellowship hall for a plant-based meal of sandwiches with Marla's homemade bread filled with hummus, veggies and marinated fried tofu, tofu salad and banana cream pie. Live demonstrations, free recipes, short health talk by Dr. Edwin Noyes, MD and door prizes. All are welcome.
